The Oscars are finally here! Following last night’s Spirit Awards, the 91st annual Academy Awards 2019 took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles (February 24). I’m sure many of you know of the controversy in selecting a host this year, and in the end the Oscars weren’t hosted by any individual, which is the first time in 30 years. Regardless, before staying up and watching the Oscars live, I of course watched the red carpet live which was full of fabulous fashion, gowns, suits and a lot of “wow” moments! Killer Fashion Choice
The Oscars are always the awards ceremony that have me the most excited! It’s always hard to choose just one gown for the red carpet, but this Vera Wang Bridal Fall 2019 dress really spoke to me. I adore the over the top tulle, the champagne hue and that white embroidery is just beautiful. I know it’s a bridal gown, but I deem that perfectly acceptable for the Oscars red carpet – and of course we can’t forget about that regal tulle neckline!
