You’ll have noticed that I am quite the little magpie, I just adore shiny jewels, from rings to watches, bracelets to earrings and necklaces. As jewellery is one of my biggest fashion loves, I would often wander into a store and be in awe of all that’s on display. And with the stylish Fashion Room at Weir & Sons, this is very easy to do, because it’s full to the brim of beautiful jewellery from a host of brands.
This festive season, the Dublin landmark is lit up and decorated, with a stunning bespoke mistletoe light display on the corner of its Grafton Street flagship store. Founded & established in 1869 by Thomas Weir, the family run store is known for being that somewhere special to provide men, women & children with luxurious gifts all year round. At Christmas we love to spoil our loved ones, so if you are on the lookout for something extra special this year, head towards to Weir & Sons for those sparkling, dazzling and lavish little presents.

Budget Buys (€30-100)
For those of us who can’t, or don’t want to overspend this Christmas, there are plenty of pieces to gift wrap for that someone special. From American brand ALEX AND ANIwho have released Harry Potter bracelets this year, to Michael Kors and their sparkles, as well as select pieces from my beloved Thomas Sabo whose designs are sure to delight this Christmas. Whether it’s your other half, your parents, friends or even yourself, take a look at the gorgeous jewellery below that are budget buys with high quality. Here are my favourite pieces for under €100.
If your budget allows you to spend that little bit more, then the selection of gifts to choose from is much wider. Some of the jewellery, watches and menswear are just over the hundred-Euro mark, but there are also statement pieces that cost a little more to help spoil that special someone. Look to brands like Dyrberg/Kern, Missoma and TI Sento for excellent quality jewellery, while watch brands Olivia Burton and Daniel Wellington are quite the cult products with their respective simplistic but classy designs. Irish brands Paul Costelloe and Chupi also stock at Weir & Sons, for an extra touch of home under the tree. Here are my favourite pieces between €100-200.
Some of us do wish we had a limitless amount of money, and especially so at Christmas. So if you’re lucky enough to have those extra Euro to spend this year, have a gander at the gorgeous sparkles CARAT* London offers, while mens designer accessories from Deakin & Francis, Montblanc and Emporio Armani are going to surprise any gift recipient. Jewellery from Moi by Weir & Sons are ideal for spoiling, and if any of you lovely gents (and ladies) are planning to propose to your other half this Christmas, engagement rings are a big feature at Weir & Sons. Here are my favourite pieces over €200.
