Wedding Wednesday: Romance in Greece with PrettyLittleThing & Thomas Sabo*

Earlier this month I went on my first girls trip holiday, heading to Greece for my best friend’s wedding. It was a truly wonderful celebration, which took place in Portaria, near Volos, north of Athens. The views at reception were absolutely stunning – from La Veranda Bar & Restaurant at Xenia Palace Portaria. This was one of the most romantic days I’ve ever witnessed and I was overjoyed to have been part of Kassi & Antonis’ big day.

When picking a wedding guest outfit, I did so much research! From colours to prints, cuts and necklines, there was so much to choose from. I chose the gorgeous Beccie White Floral Extreme Split Strappy Back Maxi Dress by PrettyLittleThing as I loved the colours but also the cut outs, it seemed perfect for a hot summer wedding. The plunge of the neckline, the open back and that sexy high leg slit, it reflected my style and personality very well. I ordered a Size 10, the perfect size to cater to my small waist and wide hips, and thankfully it fit & suited my chest too. The maxi skirt is very long, and as a 5″4 gal, it was a necessity to wear platforms, which I picked up from Penneys at €19. It was a very comfortable dress, that wasn’t heavy in the hot Grecian heat, and I felt it was wonderfully appropriate for this kind of wedding.

I was delighted when I opened my parcel from Revolve PR, as the Thomas Sabo collection within was quite magnificent. We especially chose the ‘Together’ pieces from the Glam & Soul collection, to celebrate the love between the bride and groom, notably the Together Forever Necklace, Heart Ring and Bracelet. To add extra sparkle I wore the Dark Blue Cosmo Earrings and X Bracelet; the Karma Beads Bracelet with the Pink Cloverleaf Bead and the Love Bridge Heart Ring added heart motifs. Finally, for a touch of colour, I was honoured to wear the pieces from the ‘Royalty’ line, specifically the Royalty Colourful Stones Ring and Bracelet. Together, all of these pieces created the perfect glistening addition to my look, for which I’m very grateful to have gotten to wear during my trip to Greece.
