Best Dressed at Oscars Vanity Fair Party 2017

So you now know all of the news from last night’s 89th Academy Awards (Oscars) 2017 (February 26), you know of all the winners, the surprises and that slight mishap at the very end, but the party wasn’t over after the ceremony in the Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles. As the stars went on to celebrate, wine and dine, many of the ladies had a quick outfit change into more party-ready attire. The traditional Vanity Fair Oscars After Party was hosted by Graydon Carter at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, Beverly Hills, and welcomed a whole new red carpet of more beautiful gowns and more fabulous fashion moments. So read on for this year’s Killer Fashion Best Dressed List and don’t forget to catch the ceremony on TV tonight!

Killer Fashion Choice

As mentioned in the main Oscars 2017 post, it was hard to choose just one dress so that’s why I’m delighted I did this post too! This Elie Saab Spring 2017 Couture gown is absolutely stunning, a subtle regal creation that’s fit for any queen! Many of you may already know that Elie Saab is one of my all-time favourite designers, and this gold look features all of my favourite signatures of the Lebanese fashion guru; metallic threading, sparkling sequins and embellishments, cutouts, a plunging neckline and sheer overlay skirt finish. I would also wear the gown with the runway gold waistbelt as it adds such a great accent to the overall look.
