Thomas Sabo Spirit Watches with Frankie Bridge

I’ve always had this thing for watches, because they’re oh so glamorous, classic and eternally a timeless piece for any lady or gentleman. I never leave the house without a watch, and thankfully I have a nice collection built up in a selection of colours. Silver, gold, rose gold, digital watches, and even a Fitbit Alta. That said – I’m always on the hunt for a new one! My favourite jewellery brand Thomas Sabo have released their fresh new selection of gorgeous ladies’ & men’s watches in perfect time for the Autumn/Winter 2016 season, and fronted by their brand ambassador Frankie Bridge of The Saturdays – and I just adore it.

Ladies’ Watches: Glam Spirit

The Glam Spirit collection is an extremely neat and classy style for women, that comes in a variety of metals and face colours. In the ad campaign, Frankie Bridge wears the Glam Spirit Watch in Silver, accessorized with an abundance of Thomas Sabo jewellery. This all-silver watch is truly a classic, and a great option for those who prefer a more simplistic approach. You may remember for the wedding I attended in Portugal last month, I was gifted with wearing the Bico in Silver & Gold, which was easily my favourite piece the German brand lent me for the holiday. This one is that little bit different with a duo-colour strap, and is also available in Silver & Rose Gold. Other styles that are rather eye-catching include the Gold & Blue watch with its royal-blue face & lapis lazuli gemstone or the Gold & Green alternative with an emerald-green face & sapphire gemstone; the Rose Gold & Black version is also a beautiful choice; and then there’s the Black & Rosé watch, which is a truly striking timepiece of its own with a black mesh strap, black ion-plated stainless steel details and a rose gold sunrays dial within. What I really love about this collection is how simple the face of the watches are; delicate lines for a “less is more” minimalist design. Just beautiful. Available from €189

Men’s Watches: Rebel Spirit Chrono

Men’s watches have always intrigued me. They tend to be bigger than our female alternative and they tend to have more details to them. The majority of men love a bit of a gadget, and when their watch can give them that little bit more, there’s definitely no harm in it. The Rebel Spirit Chrono collection is a mix of classic styles, similar to the ladies’ version, but with some extra chronograph details added in for that masculine twist. The newest additions feature the duo-colour strap, available in a variety of combinations including silver, rose gold, gold, navy & black, my favourite being the Silver & Black, though the Silver & Navy is a very cool alternative that’s not too dark and will easily stand out with any blue suit. A man can never go wrong with a classic Silver watch, and the details of the Rebel Spirit Chrono are beautifully shown in this one-colour version. If you prefer something a little bit more daring, then the Black & Rosé watch may be your choice. This is my favourite of the collection, which features the black mesh strap with black ion-plated stainless steel details and rose gold accents. All Rebel Spirit Chrono watches feature the classic chronograph details of a stop-second and 30-minute display functions as well as a date display. The alternative Rebel Spirit collection is also worth having a look at; they come in the same variety of colours & styles as their Chrono equivalent without the added details but the same sleek design. Available from €179
