Miley Cyrus graces the cover and pages for her Marie Claire September 2015 feature, in embellished 1960s-inspired pieces. Wearing a select few outfits that embrace the 60s style beautifully, Miley looked rather Twiggy-esque with her combed down hair, winged liner and parted lips donning a metallic embellished mini dress on the cover, an oversized red coat and a shimmering metallic sheer blouse that all in all is definitely fashion.
