For the past few months I’ve been very much into makeup, as my Outfit posts show. I feel that my beauty blogger friends are the biggest influence, and lately I’ve really been into working on my eyebrows. You my remember back in November I had a “Face Date” at the Benefit Boutique, where the Benebabes & Jared Bailey gave me a demonstration of their newest brow techniques as well as their new brow products. Well all of the above really has motivated me to continue keeping my brows in check, and I’ve been using three Benefit products for my beauty regimes on a weekly basis. As Internet memes say, “my brows are on fleek!” So here’s are today’s three beauty reviews!

Product & Verdict: Brow Zings Kit – 5/5

This double product kit is definitely a recent Killer Fashion favourite. The brow cream on the left is great for adding depth and filling in, and the complimentary angled brush is the perfect tool for achieving well-lined arches. The brow powder on the right is a great finishing product as it locks in the cream and adds some oomph to your brows, applied with the complimentary brush. As a whole, this is a whole grail product, because it really does the trick for upping the ante for your daily routine. Product & Verdict: Gimme Brow Gel – 4/5

This is a handy on-the-go tool to have in your beauty bag because you can top up your brows with this creamy gel product with just a few applications per brow. The twisted brow brush picks up the cream gel inside and allows for easy application, that subtly adds depth to your brows. One thing to be cautious is not to overdo it with this (or any) brow product, unless you’re aiming for the Cara Delevingne/Charlie Simpson look. After applying I always brush out and clean up with a double-sided brow brush, for extra definition. Product & Verdict: High Brow Glow Lifting Pencil – 4/5

I’ve used this highlighting pencil every now and then, more so when I’m going for a full makeup look. It’s a great product for post-brow action, to highlight under the brows to give a lifting effect and focus on your well-groomed brows. The texture is creamy and easy to blend with either your finger or a brush. One thing I do like is that this doubles up as a good eyeshadow base, so long you blend it well. Available in Benefit Boutique, Brown Thomas, Boots, Cleary’s & Arnotts at €22.50
