Last night I attended the Fashion & Fizz fashion showcase hosted by Marion Cuddy Irish Designers Emporium in the Powerscourt Centre, with my lovely friend Lorna Duffy of Fashion Boss. It was a wonderful event with raspberries in Prosecco and music, models, socialites, bloggers and of course fashion designers. I got chatting to many of the guests and even met top Irish model Sarah Kennedy (who was one of the three finalists on Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model Cycle 9). The designers whose designs were worn and shown off by the two models were spectacular. There was knit, there was fringe, laser cut and paneled leather, fur coats, neon colours, statement necklaces and digitally printed handbags; it really was a great showcase of Irish & British fashion.
