Paris Fashion Week – October 1st

PFW

Louis Vuitton

The Louis Vuitton show sent out a lot of colour, prints and patterns, trousers and dresses, leather and lace. It really had a bit of everything from striped motifs and still art prints to sequin embellished floral designs and even velour pants. Art itself was a major theme throughout from the prints to the colours and mixing it all up that Nicolas Ghesquière took a well-deserved bow post-show.

Miu Miu

Miu Miu featured feminine boldness with ruffled bralets and dinner blouses, overcoats with suede panels, a lot of plaid and cropped co-ordinates. It was sexy but not overtly so and still had hints of girly femininity.

Hermès

For his final show at the Hermès house, Christophe Lemaire showcased beautiful simplicity featuring clean lines in oversized cuts, boxy suits and long flowy dresses with relaxed fits and a handful of around-the-waist ties.
