Another dose of the manly fashion on Killer Fashion for my stylish male readers. Not everyone loves him, and not everyone hates him; but Killer Fashion certainly loves him & especially his impeccable style. Dubliner Conor ‘The Notorious’ McGregor has had quite the influence on his fellow Irishmen (and the women too, swoon!), and does a great job at encouraging men to dress and impress. I’ve mentioned the mixed martial artist before on the blog, and so this piece is entirely devoted to the cheeky chappy and his brilliant choice in tailored suits and accessories.

As we all know, Conor McGregor is an extremely dandy and well-dressed man. His sport and fashion sense don’t necessarily go hand in hand, but this Dubliner really know how to dress well. A fan of two-piece and three-piece suits, steal his style with some high quality suits from Ted Baker. Their men’s Autumn/Winter collection feature these gorgeous Endurance Collection Foxdal or Dec suits, which are great for that bold blue suit that Conor wears extremely well. If it’s a grey suit you’d prefer to wear with your crisp white shirt, their Tom three-piece wool suit is the one. And if you’re looking for something special, look to Irish designer Louis Copeland. His selections are pricey, but so high in quality you’ll forget that price tag. But if you aren’t up for spending all that dosh and want more affordable attire with the same outcome, then head to River Island, ASOS or Next for their great choices.
The King of Dublin
When the martial artist is off-duty, his fashion certainly isn’t. Conor often wears smart casual through the streets of Dublin and to various low-key events. I adore double-breasted men’s coats for this season, but the patterned style Conor sports in the photo below that really drew me in. A big for the AW15 season, pick up a similar coats from Peter Werth, Superdry, Hammond & Co. by Patrick Grant, Only & Sons and Next, but also department stores like Debenhams & House of Fraser. Conor is also keen on colourful pants, opting for cobalt blue chinos and wine red pants that you can find at Mango, Jack & Jones and Forever 21, and online at ASOS and Mr Porter, the latter of whom stock great designer pieces. Adding to the stylish looks is always a good shirt. Whether it’s a classic white or a colourful patterned, opt for slim fits for that comfortable and fashionable style. I’m loving Thomas Pink, River Island, Gant, Ben Sherman and Next brands for these, the first definitely know how to make a good shirt.
The Ultimate Accessories
When it comes to styling his suits or looks for the day, Conor is never too shy to throw in some pink, a bow tie and/or pocket square, flashy watches or sunglasses when indoors, and neither should you. The Watch Shop feature some really brilliant watches like this Ted Baker & Sekonda chronograph watches, with their rosegold accents and brown leather straps a la Conor. Thomas Pink & Nordstrom for ties, Mrs Bow Tie for bow ties and sunglasses by River Island, Ray Ban & Emporio Armani and you’re sorted!
