The Tag of All Knowledge

Killer Fashion has been tagged! Thanks to Sara Dora at Never Fully Dressed who tagged me in this little blogger’s tagathon. So now it’s my turn, and these nine questions will give you a little more of an insight into my mind & life from my past, to the present and hopefully in the future.

If you were a rock star, what items would you demand on your rider?

I would most definitely need tea, and lots of it! Preferably Earl Grey types, and also some green tea. There would also have to be lots of chocolate like Reese’s and Lindor and Ladurée macarons, as well as fluffy socks or slippers, a speaker system, lip balm, and if possible my little kitten. Not too demanding right?

If you could afford any designer piece, be it clothing, shoes or accessories, what would it be and how would you style it? If you can, post a picture.

I’m only allowed to pick one? I would naturally love a pair of heels because I’m a shoe addict. Although Christian Louboutin are my absolute favourite designer heels, I would actually love a pair of Charlotte Olympia ‘Dolly’ heels, because her designs are so cute and pretty and I’ve already got my Loubis! I’ve had my eye on these classics for years, and I could wear them with an LBD or jeans and a blouse, dressing it up and down. So versatile!

Tell me about your first ever make up purchase.

To be honest I don’t remember it. But I will always remember my first ever shoe purchase, with money I earned: Irregular Choice ‘Cortesan Floral Bar’ in Black/Blue. I wore them to my Junior Night (all those years ago), and a couple of special occasions thereafter. I still have them, though I don’t wear them as much as they’re a lower heel to what I prefer nowadays.

What kind of teenager where you? Goth? Princess? Nerdy?

I was a little rocker! Haha, ah the days of school, black hair, black eyeliner and well, all black everything! I never ventured to the goth side, and I’ve always been a princess really..but my rocker phase was one I thought I’d never grow out of. I even stitched a red ribbon X onto my black bomber jacket, inspired by Avril Lavigne’s ‘Under My Skin’ album cover. I regret nothing!

This one is a bit morbid. If you could have any quote as your epitaph, what would it be and why?

“Don’t worry, be happy and always be true to yourself.” I’m not a big reader any more, but I do love music and the message behind lyrics, and the former of this chosen quote has been one I’ve associated myself for years, which many people know from ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The latter is something I’m a big believer in, and that’s to love yourself first.

In the year 2020, where do you hope to be in life?

I would like to have successfully gained a Masters in Fashion Media Production at the London College of Fashion. It would be a degree that brings together my love for fashion and media in one. In 2020, I would want to be recognized in the fashion or media industry for something I’m passionate about, be it my blog, writing for a magazine, becoming a television presenter or being a VIP of either industry. High hopes & high dreams. I’d also like to have traveled to and/or lived in London, Paris and New York; I want to experience the fashion capital cities. And later marriage!

What is your drink order of choice when you go out?

A double Malibu on the rocks. If i’m celebrating then it’s a cocktail, either a Woo Woo, Piña Colada or Killer Punch, and if we’re going all out then Rosé or Champagne!

What fictional character would you most like to have dinner with and why?

Well I love Chuck Bass from Gossip Girl, because he knows how to dress, he has that sexy smoldering look and he knows where to eat. And he’s Chuck Bass.

We all have a ‘Dirty Sexy Crush’, so tell me: Who is yours?

I’ve never heard someone say a dirty sexy crush, but a couple of serious babes that I love are Channing Tatum, Eddie Redmayne, Bruno Mars and Ed Westwick. Any of them, any day, and I’m very happy!
