Shoes are a big part of my life, and in the fashion world they are even more important. In Ireland, shoes and boots are particularly vital during Autumn and Winter. So here are some of my favourite boots for this season.
First up, a pair of boots i’ve bought myself: Riff Biker Boot by Dune, in black leather. These boots are toughened up with visible gold hardware, like a back zip and buckles on the side and back, and a rounded toe to finish. Riff are very comfortable and have a low block heel for some height, and are calf-height. 100% Leather, they’re available in Black or Taupe. Buy in store for €160 or online for £120.

Also from Dune, is Pantheon Biker Boot. Similar to the above, Pantheon are full black leather boots which are ankle-height. However the upper body is detailed with studs all around with silver hardware. They are pull-on not zipped boots, and also have a rounded toe to finish. 100% Leather and only available in Black. If you’re looking for something more luxe, then why not go for mister Jimmy Choo. First up is the oh-so-sexy Dylan Biker Bootie. A high-heeled biker boot, with slightly distressed full black leather and a 4.8inch heel. Two fastening buckles, in silver hardware and a gripped soled platform. These boots can easily be teamed day & night, for work and play with skinny jeans or a tights-and-dress ensemble. Dylan is also available in suede and shearling in Black or Nude. Next is the classic Biker Boot (Unlined). These classics are a comfy pair of calf-height flat-heeled boots, with striking silver buckles and distressed black leather. They are part of the CHOO 24:7 Collection. Biker can be lined with rabbit fur, but i am strongly anti-fur and would appreciate my fans also to be so. If you want something a bit shorter, then Youth Boot (Unlined) is perfect. The little sister to Biker, Youth also features silver buckles and distressed soft black leather, with a Jimmy Choo gold plate at the back. As stated this is the Unlined version, though the rabbit fur lined version is available, for €100 more; or lined with shearling for €150 more. Youth is also available in colourful suede varieties: Soft Plum, Khaki or Tan. As worn by Mandy Moore and Hailee Steinfeld. Buy in store or online for €675.
